Berry Good Turkey Sandwich

Take turkey, add some light mayo and healthful cranberry and put it all on whole wheat bread for a healthy sandwich.
Ingredients
2 slices multigrain bread
6 slices shaved roasted turkey breast
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon whole cranberry sauce
1 lettuce leaf
Directions
Spread cranberry sauce on 1 bread slice and mayonnaise on remaining bread slice.
Fill with turkey and lettuce. Enjoy!
Healthy Variation
Instead of using mayonnaise, try topping your turkey sandwich with a little onion jam. Onions contain an antioxidant called quercetin, which may keep your body from storing fat.
Health Helper: Turkey is a good source of CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), and makes a tasty filling for any simple sandwich. Serving it up on multigrain bread adds some fiber.
