Diet Root Beer combined with fat free frozen dessert and whipped topping allows you to enjoy a treat as good as the real thing without all the fat.

Black Cow

Ingredients

1 cup diet root beer
3 ounces vanilla sugar free fat free frozen dessert
1 tablespoon prepared low calorie whipped topping (such as Lite Cool Whip)

Directions

Chill a tall glass.

Into chilled glasses pour root beer; scoop vanilla frozen dessert into glass and top with low calorie whipped topping. Serve with a straw and long handled spoon.
