Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups fat free or lowfat chocolate milk (or skim milk with chocolate syrup)
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup fat free chocolate frozen yogurt
Directions:
Combine in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
Recipe makes 1 serving, 12 ounces of milk per serving.
