Beyond the basic peanut butter sandwich. Choose three of your favorite toppings to add.
Ingredients
2 slices bread
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Assorted toppings (such as raisins, thinly sliced carrots, dried fruit, jelly, sunflower seeds, banana slices, chocolate pieces, wheat germ, coconut, or granola)
Directions
Spread 1 slice of bread with peanut butter and choose any three toppers. Add the other slice of bread.
Make-Ahead Tip: Up to 8 hours ahead, make sandwich. Wrap in clear plastic wrap. Great for the kids lunch box or for you own brown-bag lunch!
