Tofu Blueberry Fluff

The blueberries make this a sweet and succlent treat while the tofu makes it creamy and healthy.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons honey-style sweetener (eg Maple Syrup)
2 1/2 cups thawed and drained frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 package tofu

Directions

In a blender or a food processor, combine all ingredients.

Whip until smooth. Serve chilled.
