Combine tuna, celery, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, green onion, and pepper to stuff into a healthful tomato.

Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients

1 (6-1/2 ounce) can chunk light tuna (in water)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup low calorie mayonnaise-type salad dressing
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
36 cherry tomatoes

Directions

Drain tuna; combine tuna, celery, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, green onion, and pepper. Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out seeds.

Turn upside down to drain. Fill with tuna salad.

Serve chilled.
