Turkey Meat Loaf

Here's a healthier version of an old diner favorite using lean ground turkey with an addition of oats for an extra nutrition boost.
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 cup regular oats, dry
1 large egg
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion
1/4 cup catsup
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees or to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cut into 5 slices and serve.
