Turkey Meat Loaf
Here's a healthier version of an old diner favorite.
Ingredients:
1 pound lean turkey, ground
1/2 cup regular oats, dry
1 large egg
1 tablespoon onion, dehydrated
1/4 cup catsup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees or to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cut into five slices and serve.
Each serving (1 3-ounce slice) yields: Calories: 192; Total fat: 7g; Saturated fat: 2g; Cholesterol: 103mg; Sodium: 214mg; Total fiber: 1g; Protein: 21g; Carbohydrates: 23g; Potassium: 292mg
