Baked Boca Penne

Boca Meatless Ground Burger is the main staple in this healthy and hearty dish that also includes pasta sauce, cottage cheese, bell peppers and mozarella cheese.
Ingredients
1 26-oz. jar pasta sauce
1 16-oz. container low fat cottage cheese
2 green bell peppers
2 pouches Boca Meatless Ground Burger
3 cups penne pasta
Directions
Cook penne pasta according to instructions on the package.
Chop green bell peppers into bite size pieces.
Mix pasta sauce and cottage cheese with the chopped bell peppers in a 9 x 13-inch baking ish sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Add the Boca Meatless Ground Burger and the cooked and drained penne pasta; toss to combine. If desired, sprinkle the top with shredded reduced fat mozarella cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated through.
