Take the guess work out of what is healthy for your next sandwich with this satisfying ham and swiss combination on whole grain bread.
Prep Time:
Ingredients
3 ounces lean ham
2 ounces low fat Swiss cheese
2 slices whole grain bread
2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
1 leaf lettuce
Directions
Place the lean ham and lowfat Swiss cheese on one slice of the whole grain bread.
Top with stone ground mustard and romaine lettuce.
Meanwhile, for the Frosting, mix chocolate frosting and cinnamon. Spread over cooled brownie. Cut into squares.
Serving suggestion: Accompany with a small sliced apple.
Yield: 1 serving at 400 to 500 Calories.
