Quick Crab Stir-Fry

Imitation crab meat blended with delicious packaged stir fry vegetables, ginger and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

8 ounces imitation crab meat
1 package (10 ounces) stir-fry vegetables with season packet
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Directions

Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

Cook crab, vegetables and ginger for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Mix sauce packet with 1/4 cup water and add to skillet. Heat for 1 minute. Add vinegar and heat for 1 more minute.
