Shoestring Potatoes

Forget the greasy French fries and give these healthier shoestring potatoes a try with your next sandwich.

Ingredients

1-1/2 pound potatoes
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Wash potatoes; cut lengthwise into thin strips. Combine remaining ingredients in plastic bag. Put potatoes in bag; seal; shake to coat potatoes.

Arrange potatoes in single layer on baking sheet and bake until crisp and golden, about 30 minutes.
