Spanish Baked Fish

Perch fillets smothered in tomato sauce and onions and seasoned with garlic and chili powders, oregano flakes and ground cumin.

Fish Fillet

Ingredients

1 pound fresh or frozen perch fillets (skinless, boneless)
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano flakes
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

Thaw frozen fish, if using, according to package directions.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease baking dish.

Separate fish into four fillets or pieces. Arrange fish in baking dish.

Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.

Bake until fish flakes easily with fork, about 10 to 20 minutes.
