Better Macaroni Salad
Mix into 1-1/2-cup cooked macaroni:
- one diced boiled egg
- one diced onion
- one diced tomato
- four ounces kidney beans
- one tablespoon light mayonnaise
- two tablespoons each relish and white vinegar
Sprinkle with paprika, chill and serve.
Slimming Suggestion: Using fat free or lowfat dressing,
yogurt, or mayonnaise, instead of regular versions cuts a lot of calories and fat from each serving.
