Double Blueberry Smoothie

Double up on the blueberry and you double up on the powerhouse of nutrients and antioxidants they contain - never mind how delicious they are!

Blueberry Drink

Ingredients

1/4 cup milk
6-ounce container blueberry yogurt
2 cups frozen blueberries (if using fresh, freeze them for 2 hours)
Dash of cinnamon

Directions

Put milk and blueberry yogurt in a blender.

Add blueberries and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. If desired, sprinkle Muesli cereal over the top.
