Cherry Mousse
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cherry gelatin powder
One can (14-1/2-ounce) tart cherries, drained
One carton (8 ounce) frozen light or fat free whipped topping, thawed
In a bowl, combine gelatin powder and cherries; fold in the whipped topping.
Serve immediately. Recipe makes four servings.
