Chili-Cheese Pierogi

In a 9 x 9-inch baking dish, combine any flavor package (16.9 ounces) frozen pierogi and 1/2-cup water. Cover and microwave on high five minutes; mix well and drain.

Spoon one can (15 ounces) turkey chili over pierogi; cover and microwave on high five minutes or until hot; sprinkle with reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese and let stand, covered, three minutes.

Sprinkle with sliced scallions and serve.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a packaged green salad and crusty bread.
