Easy Garlic Bread

Garlic Bread

Slice a French bread loaf in half lengthwise.

Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter (can melt butter quickly in the microwave but do so in short bursts - just 5 to 10 seconds each - so it doesn't splatter).

Scatter with minced fresh garlic, and sprinkle with fat free Parmesan cheese.

Run under broiler until toasted.

Notable Note The smaller you chop garlic, the stronger the flavor. Chopping or pressing releases more of its essential oils, giving the strong garlic aroma.
