Warm Fruity Rice Pudding

Snack Mix

Mix in saucepan:
2-cups milk
drained juice from one can (14-ounce) fruit cocktail
one package (6-serving size) vanilla flavor cooked pudding and pie filling
1-teaspoon ground ginger
1-cup instant rice

Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

Remove from heat, add drained fruit and let stand 15 minutes before serving.

Note: You can use skim, 1 percent or 2 percent milk in this recipe to reduce fat and calories. You could even use sugar free pudding and pie filling if desired.
