Holiday Fudge Truffles

Truffles

Combine:

  • 1/2-cup cocoa powder
  • 1-cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat softened cream cheese
  • 1/2-teaspoon almond extract

Mix until smooth in a food processor.

Drop mixture by rounded teaspoons into 2-tablespoons cocoa powder, making 24 truffles; roll into balls and refrigerate until firm, one to two hours.

Tip: Put truffles in foil candy cups for an elegant presentation.
