Hot Vanilla Chai

Chai Spice

Ingredients:
1 packet No Sugar Added Classic French Vanilla Flavor Carnation Instant Breakfast
1 cup fat free milk, heated
1 chai tea bag

Place carnation instant breakfast in large mug; stir in milk.

Add tea bag and let sit for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove tea bag. Makes 1 serving.

This recipe contains 50 percent your daily value of vitamin C and 25 percent of iron.

Notable Note In India, many people drink chai daily, and some demonstrable health benefits have been observed. In other parts of the world, ingredient substitutions may detract from the potential health benefits of chai tea, although tea in general is good for the health.
