Just Layer It Dessert

Prepare one package vanilla fat-free, sugar-free reduced-calorie pudding and pie filling and spoon into four dessert dishes.

Add a few spoonfuls sliced banana (one banana for four). Top with 2-tablespoons thawed light or fat-free whipped topping and coarsely chopped Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Variation: Use one package prepared strawberry flavor sugar-free low-calorie gelatin, partially thawed frozen raspberries, whipped topping and chopped Sugar-Free Chocolate Sandwich Cookies.

Notable Note Bananas get over-ripe on you sometimes? Don't toss them! Place them in your freezer, skins and all. They will turn black, but they work well this way for baking. To use for baking, remove them from the freezer, place on a plate for about half-an-hour. Then split the skins and they come right out -- and you won't even need to mash them! Try it, it works!
