Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Nuke some cooked pasta with frozen mixed vegetables, toss in some light salad dressing and feta cheese, and you've got the perfect balance of carbs, protein, fat and fiber.

Mixed vegetables

Ingredients

1/2 cup rotini pasta, cooked
1/2 cup frozen vegetables
2 tablespoons light dressing of choice
1 tablespoon feta cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients together; chill if desired (or time permits) to allow flavors to blend.
