This mini meal is a very satisfying soup, with beans providing protein and fiber to keep you feeling full. Add a sprinkling of grated Parmesan for a flavor boost.

Ingredients

1 can of your favorite brand minestrone
4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat can of your favorite minestrone until steaming hot.

Ladle into 2 soup bowls.

Sprinkle each bowl of soup with 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese.

Yield: 2 servings
