Quick Quesadilla
Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla (6 inch)
1 2-percent milk individually wrapped cheese singles
1 tablespoon chopped red pepper
1 teaspoon sliced green onion
Top tortilla with remaining ingredients; fold in half. Place on microwavable plate.
Microwave on high 15 to 20 seconds or until cheese begins to melt. Fold in half again.
