Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce and Fresh Tomatoes

Spaghetti

Cook 12 ounces spaghetti according to directions; drain.

Coarsely chop two fresh tomatoes and stir into three cups store-bought marinara sauce and heat.

Just before tossing with spaghetti, add one-half teaspoon red pepper flakes and one-half cup shredded part skim mozzarella.

Serve with romaine salad and garlic bread for a well-rounded meal.
