Spicy Pork Tenderloins
Heat oven to 425-degrees.
Rub two well trimmed pork tenderloins (1 pound each) all over with a mixture of four teaspoons lemon pepper and one teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Place in shallow roasting pan and roast 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160-degrees.
Let stand five minutes, then slice.
Slimming Suggestion: Always choose a lean cut of meat and remove any visible fat.
The National Pork Board regularly reminds Americans that pork is “the other white meat.” Supporting that statement is pork tenderloin, one of the leanest and most tender cuts of meat available. Pork tenderloin is so versatile and easy to make, it appears at elegant dinner parties and also during everyday casual dining.
