These sweet cakes taste better than they look, especially when garnished!
Ingredients:
1 cup egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
Directions:
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Pour on a plate and microwave for 3-1/2 minutes or fry on stove like your would pancakes.
Top with sliced bananas or honey.
