A delicious and healthful variation on pizza using tortillas, tomatoes and basil.

Tomato Basil Pita Pizzas

Ingredients

2 pita breads (6-inches)
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
8 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
1/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

Place pita breads on an ungreased baking sheet. Layer with tomatoes, basil and cheese; drizzle with oil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted.
